The property seemed fairly clean and the room was clean. The staff was wonderful and provided great service. The hotel was in a marvellous position really close to the restaurant, and the main areas. Our food was delicious and yummy...

We recently stayed at a beachfront resort with stunning sea views and a beautifully designed traditional-style building. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed convenient amenities like shops and an ATM machine. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. The resort was clean and well-maintained, making our holiday at Continental Plaza Beach Resort unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

I didn't like it at all. Poor facilities, Food taste is very bad. Services is very poor.

The hotel photos that have displayed in the Booked.net website is not correct and it was misleading me to choose it, because they are not belonging to Continental Plaza Beach Resort and they are not real.

The most thing which I like at the hotel is the staff who they're smiling all the time and speaking in the accent of the guest.

I had great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic sea view to top it off. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and catered to. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful views. We were pleasantly surprised by the creative towel art left by the cleaner. The lifeguards at the pool and beach were friendly and attentive, ensuring our children's safety. The restaurant staff greeted us personally and even made special non-alcoholic cocktails for our little one. The location was convenient, with 24/7 public transportation available. The highlight of our stay was the magnificent sea. The animation team, especially Roaah, was incredibly helpful and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Although there were a few negatives, like the lack of a coffee tray in the room and unreliable wifi, the overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

Food & Services is Desaster Our Package was all inclusive, but due to VERY BAD quality of FOOD we had to have our meals from outside restaurants

The beach, swimming pools, aqua park, and coral reefs were awesome. The spacious and comfortable rooms were regularly cleaned. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast with a sea view room.

To be fair the hotel location and it's infrastructure are perfect , rooms are v good view is v good one of the receptionists was v good .

Food is very very very bad , during 4 days I never had a single good meal, the rom service guys are impolite and the beach guys are the same ... In general food and human service needs to be totally changed because from my point of view the hotel will lose its eruption if the situation stay the same .

Poor service in restaurant....food was very bad @ the beginning of my stay & @ the last 2 days it become a little good....you never find spoons on the coffee & tea table.... They are using bad tea & coffee quality for a five stars hotels...restaurant need to be cleaned around as the outside dirty gives me a bad image for the inside kitchen cleaning quality such as the location where the pasta & egg chef where serving need to be cleaned ....room bathrooms need to be renovated urgently as rust every where....there was no bath robe or slippers as usually five star hotels do....there was no tissue box in the room itself only in bathroom...there is a lot of flies in the restaurant :( & mosquitoes in rooms ( there is a lot of technology that avoid those kind of flies in gardens & big resorts, I was not able either to enjoy the night in the garden or the room cause mosquitoes....not Luxury @ all....conclusion I can't rank it as a five star hotel except for the sea view rooms

We felt like royalty with the bell staff/porter and housekeeping taking care of our every need. The shops/commercial services on-site were an added bonus, providing us with everything we needed without having to leave the hotel. our experience here surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend this place to everyone.
